Post 53: "I bear true faith and allegiance to the same..."
A new generation of officers is only as good as the generation that gave them their ethos and moral compass. For those few that took those lessons to heart, the path will be bumpy but bright.
This week I was reminded that a good friend and colleague will soon have a child commissioned officer graduating from the Air Force Academy. The parent of this soon-to-be officer has been involved with the health freedom movement and veterans health issues for many years now, especially in hyperbaric oxygen therapy.
At the time their child was awarded admission to the USAF Academy, the plandemic was well underway, with the SARs-Cov-2 mask wearing, distance learning and isolation practices in place. Through it all, this young person performed at a level that placed them at the top of the USAFA class.
Then the mandates came…and these young officers were tested.
The vast majority rolled up their sleeves and took the shots. Orders were given (legality was not challenged) and these young cadets followed orders from their superiors.
Some died, unexpectedly or from “aggressive cancers”: 6 that I could find in a 3 year period.

Very few said no or applied for exemptions.
This cadet (and the family) fought every step of the way. Only two other cadets in the same class refused.
Ethical and religious exemptions were requested.
All were denied.
The pressure from the top down was intense.
The shot did not have to be the mRNA jabs.
Hell, the cadet caught SARs-Cov-2 and got COVID - and recovered.
Natural immunity, right!?
Not good enough - according to the CDC.
Even the Commandant of USAFA suggested the cadet go to France and get the NovaVax shot (a non-mRNA shot that uses nanoparticle technology) and get it over with - even though it was also a rushed product with limited testing.
When you have to compare yourself to Pfizer and Moderna as having a LOWER set of side effects, we have reached a new low in public health - especially 5 years after the initial roll out of your product:
April 15, 2025
Preliminary data showed Novavax's non-mRNA JN.1 COVID-19 vaccine induced lower frequency and severity of short-term side effects and impact on daily life compared with Pfizer-BioNTech mRNA vaccine
Full results will be submitted for publication later this year
Happy Moments
This world does not guarantee a happy ending - just happy moments and small victories.
By sticking to their core principles and advocating for bodily autonomy, the family and the cadet were able to get a medical exemption. The cadet was allergic to one of the materials in the shots - good thing they had the full, unredacted list of what the shots contains, right!?
Now, this week, the cadet will graduate and be commissioned as an officer in the USAF.
I think that most of this class will has forgotten the debacle of the mandate or not thought too deeply about it. That is the nature of youth and inexperience - to disregard what is not immediately urgent or demanding - a gap that allows for focusing on the task at hand.
Yet, as the years and years of service start racking up, there will be a reminder that there were those that chose to stand up and say NO.
I have a very good feeling that in the coming years that sort of backbone will be required in greater quantity.
To the cadet (and her family): Congratulations!
You are a shining example of the moral courage that is required to truly make a difference in this world.
“Moral courage is a rarer commodity than bravery in battle or great intelligence. Yet it is the one essential, vital quality for those who seek to change a world that yields most painfully to change.”
―Robert F. Kennedy
To the parents - you have raised a truly remarkable person.
PLEASE RAISE YOUR RIGHT HAND AND REPEAT AFTER ME:
I, (state your name), having been appointed a lieutenant in the United States Air Force, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, Foreign and domestic, that I bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office upon which I am about to enter. So help me God.
Godspeed to you and your class. May God watch over you as you discharge your duties in the defense and protection of our Nation and our Constitution.
Stay Frosty!
Tell a Friend!
Fight, fight, fight, fight! (Party it up, too!!!!)
Pray, pray, pray, pray (Hangovers aren’t fun)
This gave me goosebumps!
Congratulations indeed! I admire this determined young lady and her family. This gives me hope.
