Post 52: The Endless Frontier Revisited: Gambling on The Divine Spirit

Vannevar Bush began the project of federally funded research in the 1940's with this report to the President - Science, The Endless Frontier - but gave birth to greater government control.

As was recently posted online, Director Kratsios (White House Office of Science and Technology Policy and the Science Advisor to the President since 2025) made some rather startling comments at the Endless Frontiers Retreat, Austin, Texas (14 April 2025).

A fantastic breakdown and analysis by Project Unity is well worth the 22 minutes it takes absorb many of the details:

The most significant statement made by Kratsios:

“Our technologies permit us to manipulate time and space. They leave distance annihilated, cause things to grow, and improve productivity.”

and if that wasn’t enough:

“At a time defined by the desire to build in America again, we have to throw off the burden of bad regulations that weigh down our innovators, and use federal resources to test, to deploy, and to mature emerging technologies. We know, for example, the greatest obstacle to limitless energy in this country has been a regulatory regime opposed to innovation and development. This, too, has been the chief barrier to pushing the envelope again in transportation, whether supersonic aircraft or high-speed rail and flying cars. The time has come to review the rules on the books and to ask whom they really protect and what they really cost.”

Let that sink in. Not only does the US PhMICkey Rat club (the Pharma Military-Industrial Complex) have exotic and advanced technologies that can fly ET home (Ben Rich was the former Director of Lockheed-Martins Skunk Works division that made that statement in the 1990’s) - the only reason the technology has not been released is due to regulations!!

Although an important admission, it has a thin layer of truth and a thick layer of bullshit.

The mere fact that a Presidential advisor gave this speech supports the decades of research by investigators and inventors of the reality of advanced energy generation systems - and I’m not talking about compact nuclear reactors.

Yes, regulations have something (somewhat, tangentially) to do with this roadblock. The real “regulations” are the national security letters and holds on patents that are part of the control and secret regulatory system.

For far too long, the development of cheap, portable and limitless energy systems has been blocked and suppressed. Now, the number of companies that are actually and openly showing the reality in alternative energy systems is too big to ignore…and my guess is that the number of investors (the real big ones) that want to jump in and get a piece of the new energy pie are becoming too numerous to manage. This is probably creating too many schisms within the various factions of the ruling elite to manage, hence the breakdown we are seeing today.

It is also not out of the realm of possibility that non-human influences - including the demonic/non-corporeal - could be playing an active role. The gaping blind spot in all of our current analyses is the role of the spirit and consciousness in these matters. More on that later.

The Break Away Civilization is Breaking Back In

The work done by Daniel List (https://x.com/i/status/1913354709106098659), Catherine Austin Fitts (Solari) and Joseph Farrell (Giza Death Star), countless others too, have tried to make sense of the lack of progress in science, medicine and industry - yet at the same time, trillions have been spent on R&D, producing no real change (paradigmatically) since the 1950’s!!! Hell, we went to the moon in 1969 - and have not returned back to it’s surface (officially, anyway).

What has happened is the creation of a global and coordinated network of finance, intelligence, energy and scientific centralization. This has been financed by the productivity and investments of global taxpayers - using the US petrodollar as arbitrage to spread the costs out (trading ink & paper for actual resources) - while piling on the remainder debt at the US federal level on the US taxpayers. Amazing money-magic!

As has been described by Michael Rivero, in his incredible podcast (All Wars Are Bankers Wars), central banking is a control system that has imposed monetary policy and control globally. Wars are a great way to destroy evidence, gain market share and reset financial system on the cheap, at least as measured by the Powers That Be. Since 2001, nations that were not part of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS) were systematically attacked. This IS really well worth a listen (sorry, not sorry - mind blowing information).

Retired General Wesley Clark, “…claims he met a senior military officer in Washington in November 2001 who told him the Bush administration was planning to attack Iraq first before taking action against Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Iran, Somalia and Sudan.” All these nations, especially Iraq and Libya, did not have a central bank and where in the process of - or actually decoupling from - trade in oil using U.S. dollars. For those managing the global financial network, this was a dagger to the heart of the operation. It would only take 5-10 years for a nation, not using debt-based monetary policy, to create such a massive trade surplus that it would reveal the game. It would also create a crack in the control grid and allow for new technology to come out.

The creation of the modern internet was an ARPA (Advanced Research Projects Agency - a DoD program) project to connect military bases, NORAD and missile silos to digital (and encrypted) communication systems. This evolved into the modern and global telecommunications systems. This also allowed for a much greater integration and centralization of information gathering and surveillance of the global population. We paid for the very system that is spying on us…hell, we are paying private companies to spy on us and also to block those companies to spy on us.

Every digital bit that is transmitted or stored, is accessible to the Five-Eye nations (Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the United States.) Unofficially, Israel is part of Five Eyes - they developed and manage key software and hardware infrastructure for the US intelligence agencies.

So, here we have four legs of a four legged stool: Finance, information, military & energy. With these four major categories of activity, you can manage nearly all activity on the planet. This includes managing the expectations of a local or global population, such as the rate of EXPECTED economic and technological change.

Using well-established and more advanced propaganda and manipulation techniques, the modern sorcerers and alchemists are able to twist and alter the perception of reality by limiting, promoting and outright erasing information about the true state of the world. Violence and murder are often used techniques to control and shape narratives. In the areas of UFOlogy, ancient history/archeology and advanced technology, the control grid is especially strong.

Any sort of novel technology that could keep the plebs from acquiring any one of the four stool-legs is a threat to the cartel. Given that knowledge of history (and the management of key information in history) seems to be of overwhelming interests, suggests a threat to the control of the four legs. This may include information about technology that is not reliant on our current scientific/technical understanding.

In order to manage and keep separate the Overt/Mainstream (OM) civilization from the Covert/Break-Away (CBA) civilization, a great deal of resources, information control and security need to be applied to manage these two systems. That costs a lot of money, especially in keeping us plebs from finding out or looking too deeply into the CBA.

As Catherine Austin Fitts has analogized: imagine being a husband that is keeping two or three families hidden from each other. The time, energy, management and resources required to keep them apart and hidden from one another is very high. In many cases, you need to run debt in order to keep the illusion running.

The role of the Missing Money has more of the hallmarks of off-the-books spending to fund a development program for a massive infrastructure project than mere mismanagement and greed. There is a verifiable $21 trillion, taken without Congressional appropriations, that sits as debt on the US taxpayer balance sheet. It seems that the real number is closer to $54 trillion dollars that are unaccounted for, money that Congress did not appropriate and the US Treasury released without legal authority…funding something potentially very dangerous to all here on Earth.

To put this into perspective, the federal budget is $1-3 trillion per year. The amount of money that has gone missing is the equivalent of what Congress has appropriated for the last 30 years of published and official federal spending. That amount of money should have resulted in a profound inflationary effect on the US and global economy…unless it was being applied towards actually building something real and/or something providing an offset (however slight) to balance the equation.

So, how do you bring this technology into the regular economy without revealing your crime (theft, fraud, murder, conspiracy, crimes against humanity, etc…) and still getting to keep you power and ill-gotten gains?

You bring in the aliens - as an excuse for why you needed to keep it hidden. Also, as an excuse as to why you need to bring the technology out into the open.

Balancing the Books & Fighting for Control

Given that we have been openly discussing UFO’s since 2016-2017, something is afoot. Another term that is thrown about us UAP. I dislike the term UAP - unidentified areal phenomenon - it was rolled out by John Podesta as Hillary Clinton’s Presidential campaigns communications. Don’t know why they would start using a new term but I’m hesitant to run with vocabulary put out by globalist assets.

The US government has had a policy of strict denial of recognizing the whole field of UFOlogy. There has been an active program of denial and outright smearing of the entire field. It strays too close to special access programs and black budget development of technology. This is why UFOs are of interest to all governments - advanced technology - and denying access to that technology to the unwashed masses.

From Title 50-WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE - 50 USC 3373b: Unidentified anomalous phenomena reporting procedures:

(4) Sharing of information

(A) Prompt sharing within Office

The Secretary shall ensure that the mechanism for authorized reporting established under paragraph (1) provides for the sharing of an authorized disclosure to personnel and supporting analysts and scientists of the Office (regardless of the classification of information contained in the disclosure or any nondisclosure agreements), unless the employees or contractors administering the mechanism under paragraph (3) conclude that the preponderance of information available regarding the disclosure indicates that the observed object and associated events and activities likely relate to a special access program or compartmented access program that, as of the date of the disclosure, has been explicitly and clearly reported to the congressional defense committees or the congressional intelligence committees, and is documented as meeting those criteria.

Translation: If it’s one of ours, keep your mouth shut!

Now, we have a Congressional committee to review UFOs (which, ironically, is also responsible for the document release of the JFK, MLK Jr and RFK assassination records) and the DoD has a special office (AARO - All-domain Anomaly Resolution Office) to catalog and investigate this stuff. Why now?

The majority of economic activity in the US has been refocused on information and finance. Manufacturing, mining and agriculture are smaller components of the US as measured in dollar flows. With a debt payment structure that is eating into the federal spending and a global derivatives market that is leveraged at US $300 trillion, we are facing an economic balloon of - not of global proportions - but solar system proportions!

Here’s where it gets a bit tricky.

Like the husband who has been keeping two or three families hidden from each other, the wife, kids and grandkids are staring to suspect that something is afoot. One of the kids (and select grandkids), due to Dad subsidizing their activities, has hit the jackpot in terms of making something new, powerful and very economic. An entirely separate infrastructure that is out of sight (say, in orbit, underwater or below ground) and dependent (legally and in terms of human activity) on the other family members not knowing about it - has gotten too big to keep secret.

Now Dad (the Deep State), has placed the liability for the subsidies on the family members (the taxpayers) without sharing in the benefits. The benefits are hidden from the family, who have no idea what has been bought, built or developed - and the kids and grandkids (defense, finance, IT and intelligence contractors) that do know what’s going on (and are actually running things) are gaslighting, poisoning and generally terrorizing the other family members.

They (Deep State Dad and Contractor Kids) need to keep the larger family clueless, obedient, sick and in debt.

Why?

The vast majority of the family may dislike Deep State Dad - but they will follow his lead.

As long as they believe in Deep State Dad’s authority (or fear him too much to do anything), then the Contractor Kids can cause selective crashes in the economy, pretend to legally buy out the family (pennies on the dollar) and keep control of the technology.

You can wipe out the debt via several mechanism:

1. War

2. Civil war

3. Revolutions

4. Famine

5. “Natural” disasters

6. Economic Depressions

7. Global governance agreements

Using any one, or several of them, generates chaos that hides the activities of these Contractor Kids and Deep State Dad. We are witnessing a roll out (or attempted roll out) of many of these activities.

Enough with the analogies.

Right now, around the globe, the pressures of these new technologies and weapons has grown so large that many nations cannot continue to hide them anymore. There are enough people with real money that want to get cut in for a piece of the action. The global realignment we are witnessing is due to the inability to hide the economic imbalance that has been generated, as well as the dangers of the weapons that have been created by these secret programs.

The US, Russia, China, UK, Japan and the EU nations are not just governments but alliances and rivalries between cartels, societies, industries and families (yes, dynastic families). They (the Powers That Shouldn’t Be) know that the liabilities of revealing the reality of these advanced systems is too great and too many people (within the system) are not playing ball anymore. The Malaysia flight 370 (MH370) is incredibly eye-opening, because it captures the reality of what Dad and the Kids are capable of doing with the technology and infrastructure they have built. The disappearance of MH370 was captured on satellite imaging (US Air Force) and in US drone footage that was tracking the flight:

Trumps’ re-election signals a major shift in global affairs. No longer are the technocrats of the Deep State (at least in the US), the Neo-Cons and the globalists ascendant in foreign affairs and military decision making. The experts and media managers have been caught very flat footed and unable to adapt successfully to the new media and information delivery. The majority of US taxpayers no longer sees a benefit in going-along with the erosion of their purchasing power and decline in quality of life. Neither do some of the Power Players that are (no doubt) backing the moves being made by Trump and other global managers.

There is a lot of hedging of bets. One of the reasons we are witnessing the aggressive implementation of re-industrializing the US (actually North America) and moving money back into the US and away from China, is the fact that the US appears to own and control most of the advanced technology. The bet is that the US will remain a globally dominant power and ensure a modicum of legal process to protect the assets of the Rulers of the US and Aligned Allies. Rule of Law has appeal to us plebs too…order and stability has advantages.

So, with all this advanced technology, why are us plebs still alive…or better question, why are we not absolute slaves?

The Lesson of the Tower of Babel & the Divine Spark

Genesis 11

1 Now the whole world had one language and a common speech.

2 As people moved eastward, they found a plain in Shinar and settled there.

3 They said to each other, “Come, let’s make bricks and bake them thoroughly.” They used brick instead of stone, and tar for mortar.

4 Then they said, “Come, let us build ourselves a city, with a tower that reaches to the heavens, so that we may make a name for ourselves; otherwise we will be scattered over the face of the whole earth.”

5 But the LORD came down to see the city and the tower the people were building.

6 The LORD said, “If as one people speaking the same language they have begun to do this, then nothing they plan to do will be impossible for them.

7 Come, let us go down and confuse their language so they will not understand each other.”

8 So the LORD scattered them from there over all the earth, and they stopped building the city.

9 That is why it was called Babel —because there the LORD confused the language of the whole world. From there the LORD scattered them over the face of the whole earth.

The account written in the Christian Bible (of a Babylonian story) has had many interpretations but why would Yahweh (I AM) confound the language of humans and scatter them across all over the earth?

This is where we can see a cross over of the divine into technology.

Why did the the human race gather to build a tower (or a technology) to reach the heavens? To become like the gods. To have the knowledge and ability of the gods.

This is also paralleled in the story of Adam and Eve in the Garden of Eden…Yahweh forbidding his Creations to eat of the fruit of the Tree of Knowledge. Once partaken of that knowledge, both the Man and Woman are made aware of Good and Evil.

As Genesis describes, both of them hid their faces from Yahweh.

I believe that one of the reasons they hid their faces in shame (aside from disobeying Yahweh) was due to the realization of how little self-control and ability to accept the responsibility they actually had with the knowledge that they possessed. They knew that they were not God and they saw their limits and hubris.

That is a constant that appears through out human history.

That is a concept the Nietzsche brought front and center, about the will and power. It’s not that power corrupts…weak willed people are corrupted by power…and no person can outlast the allure of assuming a superiorist morality when given vast power. Humans are flawed and are not stewards of their own souls and morals. You need the Universal Law Giver to do that for you.

If you, as a singular human being or council of humans, have the power of a god - how does the story end?

So far, history is replete with a lot of bloody and horrific examples.

And now, we are faced with the prospect of technology so advanced, so unseen and so powerful that it is the equivalent of magic.

But we are still here…

Why?

At this point, I can only assume that it is due to a Divine interference.

Although we are flawed, we are endowed by our Creator and through the sacrifice of the Emmanuel, to receive Grace and Mercy.

The only way that you receive Grace and Mercy is to accept humility and submission to a higher power (God), knowing that we are not gods and we are not as wise as we think we believe ourselves to be.

This is the lesson of the need to approach technology with great care, sobriety, humility, transparency and accountability. The power that is available is literally greater than the arsenal of the nuclear weapons we posses. Those people that have access to the advanced technology are keeping it hidden because they believe that they know better, want to keep this huge advantage to themselves or they see themselves as more than us humans. That is not humility or submission to a Greater power but fear, greed, pride and hubris. For some reason, it has been used sparingly and slowly. For some reason, we are being allowed to learn of it and reflect on what it means (at least, that is how I interpret it).

It is becoming clear to me that technology must have a component of Divine Wisdom and Insight that must be attained in order for its use to be applied correctly. Technology that is devoid of a moral well-spring is technology that will, in short order, be applied to the realm of destruction and evil.

The Endless Frontier that was started by Vannevar Bush after WWII has been highjacked. Those that have been overseeing and guiding these secret technologies have overlaid an amoral technocratic ethic, with no greater moral compass than Might is Right.

That is a recipe for disaster, guaranteed.

But for some reason, the Divine Spark is still with us.

And for so long as we can face that mirror that technology puts up as a reflection of our souls, God can fix it.

But face it we must…not hiding our faces in shame but accepting our responsibility in making the choices we make.
