Post 18: Secrecy is Their Most Potent Weapon
Different techniques and technologies are applied, but their ability to stay unseen and keep secrets is their greatest weapon...and Achilles heel.
Being on substack has been an eye-opening experience. When substack is good, it’s really good. It is a place that allows for thought and speculation that is not constrained by the Overton Window. This post is due in no small part to the Day Tapes that Sage Hana posted (big thank you for that bit).
We have to contend with the abundance of information that exists and the reality that a small group of interconnected “decision makers” have been subtly managing the economics, population and history on this planet. The same people come up over and over, yet remain mostly in the background. This needs to change and the “Olympians” (as Dr. Coleman calls them and the way the “decision makers” see themselves) need to be identified, called out and repeatedly ridiculed (they don’t like that one bit). Names like Rockefeller, Gates, Bezos, Bush, Melon, Carnegie, Rhodes, Getty, Fanjul, Koch and many more need to be called out.
When you give yourself permission to look at data that you are not suppose to look at, you begin a process of deprogramming. Usually, when you have information labeled as “Conspiracy Theory” - a nice way to make a subject untouchable - you need to look at it. It may be bullshit (there is a lot of bullshit in the world), but seeking something verifiable or true, requires work and effort. When disparate sources of information converge, you are on the right path.
If anyone has taken the time and effort to hide or misdirect you from verifiable truth, it must be important. And there is always a pattern that is formed. You just need to become aware of it.

The most common misconception is that lawmakers themselves are in the business of shifting the Overton window. That is absolutely false. Lawmakers are actually in the business of detecting where the window is, and then moving to be in accordance with it.

In the case of the COVID-19 democide campaign…and it is a campaign that is hidden in plain view…the Overton Window is used to constrain conversation. This is an ongoing campaign, using all levels of technology, propaganda and personality. This campaign is heavily focused on constant misdirection, misinformation, corralling thought (via media and “trusted” experts; MIT “predicted” the Balkanization we are undergoing via the internet) and laser-pointing to time-wasting rage-bait (this is akin to what Catherine Austin Fitts calls “shadow work” - keeping you busy with trivialities and nonsense). This has been a constant in the “Conspiracy Theory” clique and is highlighted brilliantly in the work of Dr. John Coleman, specifically his seminal paper (circa 1992) “The Conspirator’s Hierarchy: The Committee of 300”

Yet, we never get to see who is directing the development of the global campaign that we are experiencing. It is always committee work. If you truly believe that the current and past events that transpire are random, then you have to contend with the facts that are coming to light (or allowed because the Overton Window has been blown up) about past events. The assassination of James Forrestal (first Secretary of Defense, former managing partner of Dillon-Reid, mentor to John Fitzgerald Kennedy and founding member of MAJESTIC 12), President John F. Kennedy and the 9/11 “attacks” are some of the best examples (and best documented) of how information is hidden, exposed, twisted and junk conspiracies allowed to flourish. The killing of the first Sec. Def., a sitting President and the ability to turn off the defensive capabilities of the best defended airspace on the planet are no small feat and require planning, patience, resources and moving the chess pieces into place.
9/11 really demonstrates the needed high degree of coordination, with very few individuals having that kind of power to impose their will across the FBI (which stopped investigating potential linked threats in the U.S.), the State Department (which granted Visas to Israeli MOSSAD, Saudi intelligence and “The Guys” to enter and carry out the high-jackings and explosive placements), the DoD (moving 7-10 different War Games to deplete the Eastern seaboard of air cover on 9/11) and the various “news agencies” that went along with the fed narrative (the BBC reported that Tower 7 fell 27 minutes before the actual event).
What was once considered fringe history is now rapidly becoming the real history of the world we live in. The publication of Rockefellers: Controlling the Game, Solari.com, GizaDeathStar.com and the failed silencing Alex Jones (InfoWars.com) are indicators that the institutions that were assigned to control and coral the narrative are not doing their jobs anymore (by The Powers That Be design or Divine intervention? Once you see the game, you can’t let go of the paranoia).
Hell, talking with neighbors about Chemtrails is no longer taboo or dismissed (thank you, Elana Freeland). Eight years ago I was unwilling to even consider the possibility of the reality of Geo Engineering: a big Thank You to John Verd at Liberty Now for that red pill.
Conspiracy theory is turning into reality and the Meme that Cannot Be Named is edging into the mass consciousness.
So, does that mean that we are on the path to winning?
Removing the Overton Window on History
The standard history that we are taught comes from the promoted writings of the victors, the propagandists in charge or those that do not want the spot-light (look here, but don’t look here). A case examples is the standard narrative taught and re-enforced about the Bolshevik revolution in Russia: it was a popular uprising by the workers and serfs against the Romanov’s.

What is not talked about in American education is that Leon Trotsky, along with Lenin and others, were recruited to foment revolution to destabilize the Romanov dynasty. This program was funded by US and German banking families (WALL STREET AND THE BOLSHEVIK REVOLUTION, Anthony Sutton), with the help of certain agents within US State Department and German governments. The proximal start was around 1905, after thoroughly laying the groundwork with Karl Marx. Frederick Engels, who is a co-author in Marx’s post-humous volumes II & III of Das Kapital, was the son of an industrialist family that owned textile mills in Prussia and England. Engels, along with other banking families, supported the work of Marx - the Communist Manifesto served as an excellent tool to divide the industrial workers and defeat/delay/subvert the emerging Union movement in England and Europe - and funding the emergent new generation of intellectuals in universities and colleges helped to cemented the ideology in higher education. Even in the early works of Marx and Engels, the idea that the family needed to be atomized and the sexual “liberation” of women was essential to the movement continues to be a central tenet: it helps to cement the State as essential and removes any support for effective resistance (the family unit). Sound familiar?

The idea behind the support of Trotsky, Lenin and others was to make Russia incapable of continued involvement in WWI, but also unable to withstand the demoralization and internal infighting. The internal upheaval was instrumental in allowing U.S., German and European banking and industrial oligarchs to come in and buy up property and resources (oil, coal and iron deposits) on the cheap, without much resistance.
The ensuing “Red Terror” - and the Cheka (Bolshevik secret police that grew to 200,000 members to manage and carry out the internal purge) - atomized the Russian people into helplessness (much in the same way that the FBI/IRS/DHS has been weaponized and BLM/ANTIFA are used to attack conservatives/independent thinkers - same game, different court). The work of Anthony Sutton and Dr. John Coleman align remarkably well with one and other on the real history of why the Bolsheviks/Communists had such success in Russia - they were helped from the outside:
In "THE CHASM AHEAD," Peccei spelled out Committee of 300 plans to tame man, whom he called "THE ENEMY." Peccei quoted what Felix Dzerzinski once said to Sydney Reilly at the height of the Red Terror when millions of Russians were being murdered: "Why should I concern myself with how many die? Even the Christian Bible says what is man that God should be mindful of him? For me men are nothing but a brain at one end and a shit factory at the other. "
It was from this brutish view of man that Emmanuel The Christ came to rescue the world. Sydney Reilly was the MI6 operative sent to watch over Dzerzinski's activities. Reilly was allegedly shot by his friend Felix while attempting to flee Russia. The elaborate plot was devised when certain members of the British Parliament raised a hue and cry and began to loudly demand an accounting of Reilly's activities in Russia, which threatened to expose the role of the Committee of 300 in gaining control of the Baku oilfields and its major role in assisting Lenin and Trotsky during the Bolshevik Revolution. Rather than have the truth dragged out of Reilly, MI6 thought it expedient to stage his death. Reilly lived out his days in utter luxury in a Russia villa usually reserved for the Bolshevik elite.

The idea that the average Russian wanted any part of this revolution, along with the starvation, marginalization and terror are unsupported by facts or by custom. The vast majority of Russians did not force their leaders to impose the Revolution and the ensuing Red Terror. This was not a Mass Formation™ event, any more than WWI was an accident. No one pushed or forced their leaders to commit these acts or barbarism - they were just a bonus of the Banking Op at the time.
You also have to contend with the fact that concentration camps were not the development solely of German industry and politics, but lessons learned from the programs instituted by Cecil Rhoades, Lord Kitchner and the British Monarchy: the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902) was an early prelude of the systemic horrors that can be instituted by a well run bureaucracy. Even when well intentioned and hard working men and women fight to stop the horror, the damage is done and the crime committed: welfare campaigner Emily Hobhouse got the British government to improve conditions in South Africa. High Commissioner for South Africa and Governor of the Cape Colony Lord Milner, took over administration of the camps from the military from November 1901 until the end of the campaign in 1902. This was after 50,000 Boer were killed in the camps and driven off their lands. An equal number of black South Africans were placed in camps and their lands taken for mining.
FYI - Cecil Rhodes was a key member of the Fabian Society and a member of the British Round Table, with strong connection with the City of London and Rothschild banking groups. Lord Alfred Milner, former High Commissioner for South Africa and Governor of the Cape Colony, ran the Rhodes scholarship after finishing his post in South Africa.
Based on the public outcry of the average British citizen, they were not in favor of the Boer War or the concentrations camps. The plebes and yeomen were not pressuring the Upper Crust to do these things and the crimes of Cecil Rhoades and Lord Kitchner were not due to a Mass Formation™ event brought about by black and white South Africans. The newspapers, pamphlets and letters to the parliamentarian's prove otherwise, as does the prolonged guerilla warfare that 20,000 Boer commandos kept 500,000 British army soldiers at bay for three years.
The idea that a Mass Formation™ event paved the way for the persecution of European Jews, Roma and Others does not account for the planning and the dedicated efforts of concentration camps of Germany in the 1930’s and 1940’s. The bureaucracy and programs that supported them (most of which were made to be slave labor for private, for-profit corporations: Bayer anyone?) came into being not because the vast majority of Germans wanted to create them, but power and control were there to be had by vested interests. The idea that these events are accidents and oopsies (free-floating anxieties) is not supported by the events needed to precede the crime.
The Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution of Mao (with the deaths from riots, death-squads, starvation and “re-education camps”) and Pol-Pot’s “Killing Fields” of Cambodia were pre-meditated acts of control and terror. Years of indoctrination of the youth and military, while attacking the intellectuals that resisted the changes, led to the softening of China and the introduction of Western capital and Central banking in 1973 (https://www.jpmorganchase.com/about/our-history), much to the chagrin of the true-believers that had not been told that Communism was a creation of the Western European oligarchs, lovingly supported by various American and European groups.
These events were not the occurrence of a spontaneous Mass Formation™ event. Bad things happen, but they are rarely accidents in modern societies (Defund the Police anyone?) and requires laying down the infrastructure to indoctrinate large number of activists and academics. The work of Helen Pluckrose and Dr. James Lindsey (Cynical Theories), as well as Dr. Lindsey’s extensive review of academia and activists groups (New Discourses) is well worth a listen. It overlaps with the work I have uncovered on Post 4 & Post 5, with regard to the slow march through the institutions and the societies that recruit, train (indoctrinate or brain-wash) and fund the work. Tavistock Institute is a key group that developed the “educational” training that has allowed the current “woke” (i.e. - cultural/bolshevik movement) to grow in education and in government. These are tactics that have had success across Europe and Asia in the recent past - hopefully the US will begin the process of deprogramming itself and not succumb to the same operation.
Dr. Peter Breggins states very clearly what an ill-thought concept has been brought to the popular lexicon via Matias Desmets’s Mass Formation™ concept - an explanation for the ease by which lockdowns were accepted, the virulent attack on those that opposed the New Rules (masking, social distancing, Jabs and government over-reach) and the control of economic life. This concept can be applied to the history of horrors I have described above. Essentially, the concept of Mass Formation™ is little more than a smoke-screen for the elites -
“Mass formation,” otherwise known as mass hypnosis or mass psychosis, is being promoted by Belgian psychoanalyst Matias Desmet, the author of The Psychology of Totalitarianism, and by American physician Robert W. Malone. Malone originally popularized Desmet’s concept of mass psychosis and continues to do so on radio, TV, in print, and at frequent conferences.
Their basic idea behind mass formation or mass psychosis is that totalitarianism originates or arises spontaneously out of 30% of the people who become obsessed with giving away their freedom and becoming dependent. The people literally convert themselves into a totalitarian force of psychotic proportions that will eventually violently attack those who disagree with them while creating dictators like Hitler and Stalin. In his book, Desmet states outright:
“The crowd typically tries to impose its will on the society; it seeks control over society. This has always been the case…” (pp. 126-127, italics in original)
In short, it is the people, and not the elite, the political class, or the wealthy and powerful predators, who seek to oppress us. It is the “crowd” — a mythological group that did not even exist during the height of COVID-19 oppression because crowds were illegal.

The level of planning and coordination required is impressive, especially to turn the popular opinion of the people to support any of the “Olympians” plans or to make the people not really give two-shits about what is happening. It truly is a Rich Man’s Game (All Wars Are Bankers Wars, Michael Rivero lays the history out very clearly) that reveals the power and control that has been asserted for centuries. Wars are a means for distracting and resetting the economic system, as well as getting control over resources and people.
Connecting the Dots
When you have independent researchers, especially those researchers that do not know each other, converge on data and conclusions that support the same story, you have a corroborated bit of truth. The publication of the Day Tapes is just one such data point. The Day Tapes are a recollection by Dr. Lawrence Dunegan of a speech given in 1969 by one ex-Planned Parenthood Director/Professor of Pediatrics at Mt. Sinai Hospital in New York, of what was going to happen in the world. Sage Hana gives an excellent overview of the re-telling ( The Day Tapes: Final Tape for the Final Solution). Please keep in mind that Dr. Dunegan was interviewed in 1991-1992 and the events that unfolded from 1969 to now are prescient, indicating the Dr. Day had inside knowledge. More important to this post is that he had told his audience that he had received permission (he did not mention by whom) to share what was going to happen:

The claims and events discussed by Dr. Day are corroborated independently by Dr. John Coleman’s research (The Committee of 300 book summarizes data from his other books), Catherine Austin Fitts’s own research, Jacob Nordangard’s detailed analysis of the Rockefeller network (Rockefeller: Controlling the Game) and Bill Cooper’s work (Behold a Pale Horse). All this corroborated research reveals that the planning, funding and coordinating activities of the coalitions of organizations are set in 50-100 year horizons (if not more). The access to information that is in the hands of the “Olympians”, not afforded to the average (or above average) person, cuts across high finance, intelligence agencies, banking groups, real estate holdings, commodities information (all types), high technology (academia, military and industry - maybe even off-world/ancient civilization) and nationalities. More will be said about the current push in the US for UFO disclosure (UAP - unidentified aerial phenomenon was an attempt to take tighter control of the UFO narrative by intelligence agencies), as there may be some surprising release of information in the next year or two. Plenty of people are catching on at the potential for the use of an alien invasion scenario to impose Marshal Law or enact Continuity of Government (COG) plans (Thank you, Joseph Sansone and Dark Journalist!)
The ability to control resources to manipulate and exploit events is truly staggering, made possible by the imposition of central banks to act as conduits for government taxes. The Federal Reserve Bank of New York acts as the transactional agent of the US Government, including getting a percentage for every dollar that is printed, on top of charging interest on the money that is backed by the “Good Faith and Credit of the American People.” Oh, and since Enough is Never Enough, you can always steal the money by accounting: Mark Skidmore and Catherine Austin Fitts reveal that from 1998 to 2018, there was $21 Trillion missing from the DoD and HUD budgets. In many cases, Treasury and the Fed simply took out money that was not appropriated by Congress (Congressional budget allocations and DoD budgets do not align!). All are illegal under US Code and there is plenty of evidence to go after Federal Reserve and government officials to shut the whole US and global system down.
The major reason that the Laser-PointerTM continues to be focused on COVID and the shots is the complexity of the story: “origins” of the virus, the contracts (NIH, EcoHealth Alliance, Wuhan Laboratory, etc…), the people (Baric, Fauci, Becerra, etc…) and the deployment of the bioweapon by the DoD (Other Transactional Authority [OTA] contracts, FDA shortened review, military sub-contractor making the jabs, etc…). The COVID19 pandemic and the response are a scripted and very complex play, designed to keep us busy doing the laborious, tedious and time-consuming job of digging through the crime - this is a distraction from the real play.
The Real Play
So, why is a Great Reset (2014-2016 the Great Reset campaign started in earnest) needed by the WEFies? Why is the central bank digital currency (CBDC) being deployed? Why are vaccine passports/QR codes being deployed? Social credit scores? Lockdowns?

I’ve realized that I had the order of the 3D Reset wrong: it should be Dispossession, Depopulation and Destruction. It started with prying homes and small businesses out of the clenched fingers of their owners by forcing them to shut down. Small landlords stopped getting rent during moratoriums. This cascaded into debt up to $100K among business owners who had to choose between losing their leases and equipment, or borrowing. My salon owner was then evicted after three years of paying rent.
Who benefited? Blackrock. They’re out to scoop up the next wave now that variable rates are through the roof. So Dowd has no respect to lose from me.
We are at a transition point in terms of global economics. The US Dollar as a reserve currency is beginning to fail (this will be a decades long unwinding) and the infrastructure for digital control and surveillance has been built and is currently being tested in real time. War is normally the route that is used to transition economies from the old to the new, but in order to avoid a potential nuclear attack or an uprising by The People, a HEALTH EMERGENCY OF INTERNATIONAL CONCERN (i.e. - a propaganda campaign that can be sold to the public) can be used to simultaneously misdirect the people, build/test the last mile for digital control, assume greater power, accelerate depopulation and compost sectors of economies that are not seen as necessary by The Powers That Be (or Mr. Global, GloboCap, The Monster or your favorite description of who really runs the world).
The global lockdowns were targeted at the what I call the Production Middle Class (PMC: the people that own physical businesses, move physical product, own land, grow food, take care of people, etc…). Catherine Austin Fitts has discussed this topic regularly at Solari with John Titus, CJ Hopkins (We Need to Talk About Mr. Global) and Joseph P. Farrell. The PMC makes the world work and the productive capacity that has been unleashed in Western nations is mind-blowing in the extreme. This productive capacity needs to be crushed in order to impose a system without a competitor - and ensure that wealth, land and power are amassed legally (but not lawfully) by Mr. Global & Co.
The most potent weapon for control of people and economies has been the imposition of Central banks. This was accomplished in the US in 1913, with the creation of the Federal Reserve Bank and the Internal Revenue Service. Debt is the chief method of floating the value of the US dollar, but debt-based currencies come with a limited shelf life. The shelf-life of the dollar is now being measured in years and the mighty engine of US prosperity (and global economic stability) will face a mighty reckoning brought about by the machinations of the members of the Bank of International Settlements (BIS). The BIS is the central bank for all central banks globally and they know they have a limited window to impose a global control grid before the shit hits the fan.
The BIS is the lynch-pin of the plans by Mr. Global and they need people to NOT look at the monetary and financial system. Because if they do, the evidence is overwhelming that all the major banks have knowingly laundered drug money, human-trafficking money, terrorist money and theft for more than 100 years. They (upper management in the banking/financial sector) are all connected, complicit and aware of what is going on, including syphoning off money from the US Treasury. This is where they do not want people to look…they need to avoid any investigation at ALL COSTS. Central banking is a polished money laundering and wealth stealing operation on the PMC globally.
The COVID theater (and it is theater, but with real casualties) serves four major purposes (I’m adding a 4th D to Tereza’s 3D angle):
Distraction - Fear and confusion keep people from asking the real questions and the COVID Op cranked the fear dial up to 11. Add some well applied Psych Op to the mix and you can get people to fight with each other (Obama Derangement Syndrome (ODS) and Trump Derangement Syndrome (TDS)) and not come together. Add the UFO distraction (or Ebola, drag-queen story hour, the Trans-sexual psy-op, etc…) and you get full spectrum Laser-PointerTM dominance.
Dispossession - Lockdowns, mandates and the disruption in the supply chain killed almost 50% of small businesses. Given that a large fraction of PMC also have mortgages to pay, the loss of a business means the loss of you home - two for one (ain’t it great!?). Berkshire-Hathaway, Vanguard and Blackrock can come in an scoop up properties on the cheap and allow their large corporate stores to take up the market share slack. Most of these investment companies get preferred interest rates (borrowing money comes at almost no cost to the big players), yet we have to deal with the Fed playing with the interest rates.
Depopulation - The hospital protocols, the COVID bioweapon(s), the DoD Gene BioWeaponTM, vaccines, tainted food, illegal drugs, pharmaceuticals (4th leading cause of death in the US), weather control and GMO foods are designed to chip away at our immune system, hormonal system, central nervous system, food supply and our psyche. The ultimate frog-boiling technique and in line with the mentality of many of these societies and organizations: the slow march through the institution(s).
Destruction - The Money Shot moment (or moments). Once you have the pieces in place, you trigger the necessary events (more diseases, market collapses, UFO attacks, Unicorn armies farting glitter on the street, you-name-it) that will ensure power and control. Central bank digital currencies are the ultimate method of control. Cash is difficult to control, as is bartering. But if you can make all economic transaction digital (including tagging all real property with QR codes) you have the ability to control all human interactions. Add a social credit system with AI, the CBDC can be programmed to control behavior. Dr. Richard Werner explains it very simply and clearly (ForbiddenKnowledgeTV):
“This report proposes that a Central Bank Digital Currency will serve as the new reserve currency. And calls for the digital confiscation of all physical property by assigning every real-world item its own unique digital token which will contain rules on how each item can and cannot be used. So that each person can be controlled and conditioned directly by the central bank.”
There is historical precedents for this system, beginning with the gold-confiscation (some have argued seizure) by the President Roosevelt in the 1930’s. From Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_Order_6102). Emergency powers via Executive Orders were applied:

Roosevelt "forbidding the hoarding of gold coin, gold bullion, and gold certificates within the continental United States." The executive order was made under the authority of the Trading with the Enemy Act of 1917, as amended by the Emergency Banking Act in March 1933.
The limitation on gold ownership in the United States was repealed after President Gerald Ford signed a bill legalizing private ownership of gold coins, bars, and certificates by an Act of Congress, codified in Pub. L. 93–373,[1] which went into effect December 31, 1974.
If you think it can’t happen here, the imposition of CBDC’s and the confiscation of private property via non-lawful methods, has happened before.
Lose All Hope All Ye Who Enter Here
If you have made it this far, you are my kind of freak.
It also means that you are hope-less, which is not a bad thing.
Hope has been sold as this internal belief (really an illusion) that there must be a way out of the trap you are in, or that the current situation is not as bad as you believe it to be. Better yet, there is a Hero out there that can fix the problem.
Hope-less people are not under that illusion. They understand that the illusion is gone. It is up to them to do something about their situation and take responsibility. That means beginning to asses their situation. Taking stock of the reality of their life and beginning to outline the parameters of the reality that they are seeing, for the first time.
In the case of most people living in cities or suburbs, it is taking into account the people that live in their immediate surroundings. Are they lost in the illusion? Or are they beginning to wake up? Are they emotional or level-headed? Will they help you, ignore you or attack you? Is there enough level-headed, awake people that can align with you to push back?
These are just the basics. Hope-less people begin by assessing the reality of their situation and taking action. It starts with small thing:
Do you want to fight back against CBDCs? Use cash.
Are there businesses that are only use credit card or electronic payment systems? Shop in stores or businesses that accept cash or check.
Are you unsure of what is being taught at your children’s or grandchildren’s school ? Attend a school board meeting and look at the published curriculum. Talk with the children and ask how they feel being there and learning the material being taught.
Call, write or meet your state legislator.
Meet your sheriff. Talk with your neighbors. Meet people face to face. Get out and exercise (in whatever way you can).
DO NOT COMPLY with “their” NARRATIVE. Start writing down the names that appear to be important…start connecting your own dots.
Small steps lead to long journeys.
